Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 10 contacts and 10 active follow-ups, with no card needed. Paid plans are not available yet.
Do I need to connect my email?
No. Generate a message, copy it, or open it in your email app. Octom never sends anything for you.
Can I bring my spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV file, check the preview and fix any errors before anything is saved.
Can the AI contact my leads?
No. The assistant only writes text for you to review. It cannot send messages, edit your contacts or delete anything.
What happens to my data?
It's stored in the EU, and you can export or delete it anytime. Workspaces are isolated at the database level. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Export your contacts as CSV at any time and delete your account from the Account page.
